Funniest class ever? haha

Today we had a substitute teacher for Gramática. Substitute teachers are always entertaining and there are always those people in the class who insist on making their life more difficult. So she gave us these exercises to work on and she said that she wouldn't write them on the board and she started saying them outloud but that was a mess because everyone started whining and interrupting her and made her write on the board. Turns out her handwriting is really messy and everyone kept raising their hand to ask her questions. And then one of the sentences was this:

Continuaria a sustentar a mocinha, contanto que ela procedesse direito, vivesse calma na gaiola e na moral.

And everyone was like "what the hell, a moça mora na gaiola?" and my friend who sits in front of me turns around and says, "Eu acho que a mocinha é uma prostituta" and everyone starts singing that song, 'na moral, na moraaaal' hahahaha. And then the teacher goes to explain what 'na moral' means, that it's not the gíria but it means to have morais and my friend is like "mas se ela é prostituta, ela não deve ter morais muito certos, né?" and I was like "Guria, não pira, ela não é prostituta!" hahaha. And then everyone wouldn't stop talking and complaining for the rest of the class and the teacher would yell and we'd be quiet for two seconds then burst out laughing again. Anyways, most hilarious class of the day :) I still don't get why the mocinha was in a gaiola.
